Sapphire Digital is seeking a driven and motivational Lean Lead, based in Lyndhurst, NJ, who will be responsible for leading and implementing Lean transformation projects across the organization ensuring seamless integration across departments and work streams to maximize continuous and sustainable improvements. Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders, the Lean Lead will develop, align and implement strategic and operational improvements utilizing standard and consistent Lean methodologies and tools.

In this position, you'll be responsible for:

  • Successful implementation of the Lean Management System
  • Leading and guiding transformation organizational change, providing coaching and training for assigned team leaders, participants and stakeholders
  • Ensuring leadership alignment on Lean principles and practices by periodically providing updates to the senior leadership team
  • Partnering with the People team on training and development programs, mentoring and coaching
  • Executing a Lean communication strategy across the organization by partnering with Marketing and People team
  • Developing financial goals and measurements with Finance team, and ensure meeting business case goals is on track
  • Partnering with internal Lean Coach(es) on PDCA team output; educate/mentor internal Lean coaches
  • Solving organizational challenges through the use of Lean transformation analysis and methodology working alongside Senior Leadership
  • Further developing and providing oversight for the organizations Lean transformation plan
  • Leading Lean Promotion Office (LPO)
  • Deploying methods and timelines aligned with Executive Sponsor
  • Creating, analyzing, and evaluating Lean success metrics and provide ongoing updates to Senior Leadership

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university
  • 10+ years of organizational transformation experience, preferably with a technology/services company
  • A proven track record implementing Lean Management System (specifically using the PDCA tool)
  • Excellent Lean Management System skills
  • Experience in coaching and educating leaders in adoption and practice of Lean transformation standards, methodologies, tools and processes
  • Strong team leading and building skills; effective at fostering and supporting high performing teams
  • Influential leadership skills and successful at directing process at all levels of an organization with proven ability to shift organizational culture
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of effectively navigating through challenges and moving the needle on transformation
  • A results-driven mindset; astute at making data-driven decisions that steer positive business outcomes
